Refund policy

All SOLIDGROUND sales are final.

We only review returns or refunds in cases of serious defects or incorrect items sent. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, with clear photo or video proof. Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Claims for change of mind, sizing issues, minor imperfections, or colour variation caused by screen display will not be accepted.

Where approved, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund if a replacement is unavailable.

-Any refund processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement
