Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 working days after payment is confirmed. During launches, restocks, or peak periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped through EasyParcel and handled by their assigned courier partners.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the courier service selected at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and courier rates.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your parcel status.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping details at checkout. SOLIDGROUND is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to EasyParcel or its courier partners, delivery is under the courier’s responsibility. We will do our best to assist, but SOLIDGROUND is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or failed delivery attempts caused by the courier.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives seriously damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with clear photo or video proof.
